I start with the problem and the result we need, then map out the steps and their dependencies. That helps me see what can run in parallel and what has to come first.

I work in AI product operations.
And build ways to make the next task easier.
I turn recurring business problems into reusable Skills and workflows, and follow the fixes through. I spend time breaking down steps, working through the logic and keeping what different tasks have in common.
Honestly?
I really dislike inefficient, repetitive work. Sometimes I wonder whether all this Skill-writing and automation is just laziness mixed with impatience. After doing the same thing a few times, I want to find a way not to start from scratch again.

Working with AI often means moving several tasks forward in parallel. My habit is to map out the logic first, make sure I can deliver, then refine the details.
Get the essential flow working
I break the work into smaller parts so a blocked step can be handled separately. I focus on getting a usable result first; the reusable parts can then be adapted for other tasks.
Check the result, then refine it
I’m not a perfectionist, but I care about following through. I check whether the result solves the original problem, then improve the details based on feedback. My PMP background may have something to do with that.

My work is gradually shifting from day-to-day operations toward making business solutions reliable enough to reuse.

I also help with basic bug fixes and submit PRs. Knowing the business context lets me carry those details into a proposed change, so the team spends less time translating requirements and explaining them back and forth.
Making content, exploring GTM
I’ve experimented with AI-generated content and enjoy editing videos and playing with creative assets. Recently I’ve also been exploring go-to-market work, including email marketing and content for Xiaohongshu and X, thinking about how to explain a product to the people who might use it.

Outside work
I like travelling with friends, shopping and watching shows at home. When I am in a bad mood, something good to eat usually helps more than a pep talk.
